The STEAK.jpeg collection is a small mint of 100 uniquely hand-crafted pixel art NFTs created pixel by pixel. In the series, we get to meet the steak community. Each steak has its own unique persona and feel. They also carry their own unique aesthetic, with some carrying a darker aura.
All Steaks are created equal, with their own unique design and name.

As the Herd knows SteakHut has a very fun creative brand, so we thought what better way to bring SteakHut to life than through NFTs.
We first began our NFT adventure with "The Wagyu Collection" this is our signature NFT range, that has been slowly launching through the dApp. With a very small collection size, we saw huge demand from the Herd and knew we had to make a more accessible mint collection....
Enter STEAK.jpeg. STEAK.jpeg or "Project 78325.5734" has been the result of months of hard work behind the scenes from the entire SteakHut team. Arising amongst Avax NFT SZN, STEAK.jpeg is a unique pixel art collection featuring 100 pieces, each uniquely hand-crafted pixel by pixel.
To us, pixel art was the perfect fit for the fun retro-inspired lively story we want to tell. The creative journey has been very rewarding as we began to build with this new style, and blend in our more familiar styles of artwork to create some very spectacular results.
Behind The Art
The art behind STEAK.jpeg was created by 0xRibeye. For Ribeye the pixel art style was at first a new form of art. Months were spent creating the very first prototype for STEAK.jpeg.
Along the journey, pixel art become a very fun adventure being able to shape the world of Mootopia and combine the art style with more familiar styles.

Ribeye helps out around Mootopia wherever he can, there is plenty of work to be done, and Ribeye is eager to help build up this flourishing little settlement. In his spare time, Ribeye enjoys fishing down by the Mootopia lake. Fun fact: Ribeye is a big believer in aliens.

How do you like your steak cooked: Juicy aka RARE
Trader Ribeye spends his days tending to the herd, ensuring they’re loved, fed and prepared for the long journey ahead to Moontopia! At night time Trader Ribeye spends his time trading his way through the crypto environment one Degen play at a time. His goal is to uplift everyone in the herd and any other farm animals who wish to find sanctuary with the herd! Fun fact: Trader Ribeye is the less know half brother of Trader Joe

Despite hiding behind that machine like appearance, Cyborg is actually super excited for what is to unfold before him as the ascension begins. Maybe in Mootopia will Cyborg finally be able to connect to the Matrix as the countdown begins...

How do you like your steak cooked: Medium rare
Don’t be deceived, by day Mooie is an opulent business tycoon and by “Knight” he patrols Mootopia insuring the herd is safe. Keep his secret and he will keep the “Dark” at bay.
Fun fact: It has been rumored that Super Steak and Mooie are quite the dynamic duo!
